1.1. This Cookie Policy of Limited Liability Company “SOFTDEV” (hereinafter – the “Company”) defines the purposes and procedures for the use of cookies.
1.2. This Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z “On Personal Data Protection” and other applicable legislation.
1.2.1. This Policy also takes into account the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), applicable to users located in the European Union.
1.3. Terms used in this Policy are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
1.4. The Company implements technical, organizational, and legal measures to ensure the protection of personal data, including the use of HTTPS, data encryption (AES-256), access control, and regular vulnerability assessments, to uphold the rights and freedoms of data subjects during processing.
1.5. A cookie is a text file stored in the browser of a computer or mobile device when visiting the Company’s official website (hereinafter – the “Website”) that records user activity. This file helps avoid re-entering or re-selecting the same preferences during future visits.

2. Purpose of Processing
2.1. The Company uses cookies for the following purposes:
• ensuring the security of Website users;
• ensuring the proper functioning of the Website and improving its usability;
• delivering personalized advertising content;
• collecting aggregated analytical data to evaluate and improve Website performance.
Cookies used for the AI assistant may collect data on user interactions via the Meta API (such as Messenger messages, Instagram activity) to enhance functionality and personalization.
Cookies may collect data such as IP address, device type, browser, visit time, viewed pages, and content interaction.
The Company does not use cookies to identify specific Website users.

5. User Settings and Consent
5.1. Proper operation of the Website is only possible when technical cookies are enabled.
5.2. Disabling analytical cookies may reduce the Company’s ability to optimize the Website’s performance.
5.3. The User may change their browser settings at any time to block or delete cookies, including analytical and marketing cookies.
5.4. Upon first visit, the Website displays a banner requesting the User’s consent to the use of cookies, offering “ACCEPT” and “DECLINE” options. A link is also provided to configure specific cookie categories.
5.5. The User’s cookie preferences are stored for one (1) year. After this period, consent is requested again.

5.8. The User has the right to request the deletion of data collected through cookies by sending a request to vaichat.by@gmail.com, in accordance with the right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR).

6. Third-Party Access and Cross-Border Transfers
6.1. The Company may engage third parties to process cookie data and ensure the protection of personal data.
Cookie data may be shared with the following third parties:
• Meta Platforms Inc. (1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA);
• Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA);
• Yandex LLC (16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow, 119021, Russia).
6.2. These third parties process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies available on their official websites.
6.3. Cross-border transfer of cookie data that does not allow identification of the user may be carried out to countries providing an adequate level of data protection.
If data must be transferred to countries not recognized as providing adequate protection (e.g., Belarus), such transfer shall be based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or the explicit consent of the user, or necessary for the performance of a contract to which the user is a party.

7. Amendments to the Policy
7.1. This Policy is publicly available and becomes effective upon approval by the Company’s management.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to make amendments to this Policy in order to ensure its relevance and completeness.
7.3. The updated version of the Policy shall be published on the Website and/or communicated to users by other means at the Company’s discretion.
